Quick Responses-Above & Beyond I reached out the morning of a long trip because my new Subaru was shaking on the freeway. I got a text back right away from a representative recommending I clean out my wheel wells. When that didn't work, they saw me the same afternoon, checked my wheels and axles, washed my car, and cleaned the all weather mats. They also did a vehicle inspection and found some issues from an oil change. I was very impressed with the level of care, and the attention to my concern. I will definitely go back! More

Frustration to Pleasant part failure due to poor quality from the manufacturer caused angst about the cost of something beyond my control. This was my feeling of frustration and loss of time going in for service. This was not the dealers fault, but there was no one else to blame. Outstanding serive, friendliness, and fairness of the bill evaporated the negative. Thank-you. While I remain frustrated with the brand Subaru, I am impressed with White Bear and the people. More

Yet again, another good experience with your Service Team. The Service team has once again provided excellent service for me - this time installing side molding strips and mud flaps on my new 2020 Outback. I have one suggestion: train your people who greet drivers to ask "What brings you in today?" Instead of that, when I arrived, a young man only said, "License plates." I wasn't sure what he was asking as, no, I did not need license plates. More

Tried to get information on resetting my TPMS monitor system and could not get anyone in service to talk to me, just transferred me to scheduling twice. Went to Tires Plus and they reset it for free in system and could not get anyone in service to talk to me, just transferred me to scheduling twice. Went to Tires Plus and they reset it for free in 5 minutes. Big service difference! More
