Repair of moonroof completed The moonroof would not close completely after 8 months, bought new. We brought it in and it was easily fixed, but within a week the moonroof was ratt The moonroof would not close completely after 8 months, bought new. Called for service work. When i first called to make an appointment to get my car looked at i asked them to look at... 1, Check engine.light, which they did diagnose. estimat When i first called to make an appointment to get my car looked at i asked them to look at... 1, Check engine.light, which they did diagnose. estimate made. 2.Blinker bulb out. Which they did after reminding them to check, even though i asked for it on initial call in. 3. I had some brake noise, they did not look into this. I asked them to do a "360 look around" (Event 4) which i thought would cover brakes, but it didn't sense they didn't look at because they didn't take the wheels off, which i could understand if i didn't asked them to look at it. called afterwards no response. 4, To look at a wet spot under the car, looked like an oil leak, which they did look at after reminding them. But although my warranty did not cover event number 1 (which is fine) it dose cover oil leaks. I was received an estimate for event 1 but not event 4. Now on the 360 look around event 1 was a exhaust problem they checked off the exhaust as good, but i was was a exhaust problem that caused the engine light so why was it checked good? And also the engine was checked good but was leaking enough to leave a puddle under the car. Also as I said before i wanted my brakes look at, but didn't do.I feel like they didn't even look at it. After taking it to somewhere else i found out there was an active recall out for my car, so i assume they never ran the vin number, or look into that sort of thing. They never told me about it. More

Super Easy Recall Fix My Subaru Outback was recalled to replace an air bag. I dropped off the car expecting it to take most of a day. The repair was done -- and the car washed -- in 30 minutes. I barely had time for a cup of coffee and small pastry in their comfortable waiting room! Excellent and friendly service! More

Excellent customer service I live four hours away and when I had a problem with my car, they went above and beyond what any dealership I've ever had in order to fix it. Extremely Disappointed The A/C in our 2013 Subaru Outback was not working properly, so we brought it in to the Subaru dealer. (SUCS505674) The service tech called and said The A/C in our 2013 Subaru Outback was not working properly, so we brought it in to the Subaru dealer. (SUCS505674) The service tech called and said it just needed a recharge, and also said we were due for 90,000 mile inspection and full service. We approved the 90,000 mile service and recharging the A/C. The total cost was $756.44, including $542 for labor. We picked up the car and the A/C still did NOT work properly. Worse yet, shortly thereafter, the car overheated, left my wife stranded, and the car had to be towed to a nearby independent service provider. Before we asked the independent mechanic to work on it, we checked with the Subaru dealer and found the earliest we could get the car back in for repair was waiting more than a full week! So, we approved work by the independent mechanic. The mechanic found major air flow restriction through the radiator and condenser causing extreme pressure and low output. The mechanic removed all the the shrouds and manually cleaned and flushed the area. Now the A/C and engine run great. The independent mechanic said the Subaru dealer could not have recently inspected or serviced this since the entire radiator and condenser area was plugged, and had been that way for some time. We wasted more than $700 at at this Subaru dealer service center. We are extremely disappointed in this Subaru dealer service, and we will not trust this dealer for future repairs or service. More
