Extremely Disappointed The A/C in our 2013 Subaru Outback was not working properly, so we brought it in to the Subaru dealer. (SUCS505674) The service tech called and said The A/C in our 2013 Subaru Outback was not working properly, so we brought it in to the Subaru dealer. (SUCS505674) The service tech called and said it just needed a recharge, and also said we were due for 90,000 mile inspection and full service. We approved the 90,000 mile service and recharging the A/C. The total cost was $756.44, including $542 for labor. We picked up the car and the A/C still did NOT work properly. Worse yet, shortly thereafter, the car overheated, left my wife stranded, and the car had to be towed to a nearby independent service provider. Before we asked the independent mechanic to work on it, we checked with the Subaru dealer and found the earliest we could get the car back in for repair was waiting more than a full week! So, we approved work by the independent mechanic. The mechanic found major air flow restriction through the radiator and condenser causing extreme pressure and low output. The mechanic removed all the the shrouds and manually cleaned and flushed the area. Now the A/C and engine run great. The independent mechanic said the Subaru dealer could not have recently inspected or serviced this since the entire radiator and condenser area was plugged, and had been that way for some time. We wasted more than $700 at at this Subaru dealer service center. We are extremely disappointed in this Subaru dealer service, and we will not trust this dealer for future repairs or service. More

No follow up. No return call or email. I went to WBS to have two recalls completed. My hill start assist light came on after having it serviced at WBS driving the car just one hour after p I went to WBS to have two recalls completed. My hill start assist light came on after having it serviced at WBS driving the car just one hour after picking it up. So essentially my car would just come to a complete stop and was not drivable, after being serviced for the exact recall in which it was there for! I am not happy. More

they were very helpful and quick with our recall airbag he told me I could come in anytime to do the recall no appt needed, they found some lights that needed to be replaced and replaced them ,not charging he told me I could come in anytime to do the recall no appt needed, they found some lights that needed to be replaced and replaced them ,not charging full price...that was nice. Oil Change and Air bag recall I really appreciated that you were able to fit in the air bag recall at the same time as the oil change and other service. They completed all the ser I really appreciated that you were able to fit in the air bag recall at the same time as the oil change and other service. They completed all the services in a little over half hour longer than estimated. Only negative was that the car was done at about 11:30 am and my service representative had gone to lunch, so my car stood out in the receiving area for about 20 minutes until another rep finally processed me out. More

Unsatisfied Customer Took our brand new vehicle in with only 6000 miles on it because we were having power issues with it. They had it for a few days and said there is nothing wrong with it. Said they took it on a 28 mile test drive and couldn't find any issues. I told them that you had to drive the car for longer then 28 miles to see/ feel the problem but all they kept saying was well we took it on a 28 mile test drive ...... So I told them I guess I'll drive it till it breaks down! 🙄. Didn't want to try and solve my problem at all. Very unsatisfied! More

Amazing Service So walked in with a couple of problems (broken windshield, oil change, defective amp, and defective tire) and I was helped through the entire process. So walked in with a couple of problems (broken windshield, oil change, defective amp, and defective tire) and I was helped through the entire process. They helped me with the insurance and explained to me everything in detail and what I had to pay for out of pocket. I was able to come in drop the car off and everything was fixed on time and I was able to pick it up the same day More

Hide and seek When I came in to pick up my car, the employees couldn't find my keys. Took them at least 15-20 minuets to find it. If I did heard it correctly from them, the employees told me my keys were left in a different car. Another thing, it doesn’t concern me, but A few people had told me that they always get their car washed by the dealership every time they get their car serviced. My car didn’t. What concerns me is if the a/c was even replaced correctly and properly since my key were missed placed. Overall, there’s no issues with the a/c for the mean time and the employee were great. It was my first time calling to set an appointment with the dealership. The woman who help me was very kind and welcoming, when I told her it was my first time, she even welcomed me. The person who greeted and helped me when I arrived for the service and to pick up was very helpful and welcoming. When they couldn't find the keys, every one worked as a team to look for it. We are all humans and we do make mistakes, just want to share my experience so others won’t have the same experience. More
