Fine, dedicated performance My Subaru Crosstrek was recalled for a minor safety recall and while in the shop I had some other items of work performed. I felt I got decent advice on what to do and good work done. A few weeks later, a friend asked for a new car recommendation and we were very pleased to convey our thoughts and feelings about White Bear Subie. He bought a new Crosstrek. Thanks. More

Fast, Efficient Experience With Recall Initial call upon set-up said up to 7 hours for the work on the recall. Arrived and Service Tech informed me that they have found a way to do the work Initial call upon set-up said up to 7 hours for the work on the recall. Arrived and Service Tech informed me that they have found a way to do the work in roughly an hour. Worked for me! Waited the hour and was on the road after 1.5 hours that included an oil change. Very satisfied. More

Spotty service and no follow through I bought a used Impreza on the promise that they would fix a small issue (wind whipping noise when driving) with the car when I picked it up. I picked I bought a used Impreza on the promise that they would fix a small issue (wind whipping noise when driving) with the car when I picked it up. I picked up the car, and the issue wasn’t fixed. I proceeded to have them work on it to fix the issue. I had to bring the car back multiple times because they couldn’t fix it and said ‘it’s part of how the car was made’, which I know to be untrue because I drove many Imprezas while shopping. In future service visits (safety recalls, wheel alignment) I have had to bring the car back multiple times after to fix the service that they should have done the first time. Not confident in their ability to work on my car. I’m losing trust in them. Now tend to go to other dealerships/service centers for maintenance. More

Simply Awful I needed to schedule my wife's car for service and to replace the windshield so I called. I wbounced between the front desk and service desk for about I needed to schedule my wife's car for service and to replace the windshield so I called. I wbounced between the front desk and service desk for about 15 minutes but never got to talk to anyone. Later in the day I called back, after being on hold for over 10 minutes I was hung up on. I tried three more times over the next two days but each time was hung up on or left on hold. So I emailed, they responded in kind and said a service staff member would contact me soon soon, it never happened. Two days later I got a email asking it I had ever been contacted, I responded that no one had. The next week I called and got put on hold for over 15 minutes. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and lucky me I got a voice mail! Later on that day I was finally contacted and set up the appointment. On the day of the appointment the person who checked in my car made a note saying not to wash it as it had a brand new windshield. When I returned to pick up my car I was reminded not to wash the car for three days to allow the adhesive to cure. Then they brought my car out, it had obviously been washed. So now the windshield will have to be replaced again and the time I spent trying to set up this appointment and the time traveling to and from the dealership has all been a complete waste. I'll be taking my vehicle to a different dealership from now on, it may be twice the distance but it will be worth it to never have to deal with this place again. More

Outstanding! Well done. White Bear Subaru service is #1! In for a recall (Major valve springs). Left the car for 2-3 days. Had a wonderful loaner (2019 outback). And Greg Nichols is my "go to guy"!! Took real good care of me for also new plugs etc.. The engine was apart so no added labor for plugs or oil change! We will be back!! :) More

Poor service First called me to tell me my service was complete for a Subaru Recall and when I arrived to dealership, Nobody in service could find my car or my key First called me to tell me my service was complete for a Subaru Recall and when I arrived to dealership, Nobody in service could find my car or my keys!. I had to leave without my car. Then they found my keys and we came to pick up car next day. Next day notice a huge oil leak on my garage floor. Had to call them again. They came to pick car up and take it back. They say there was a gasket leak. So nobody checked their work! For a Subaru Recall! Before releasing a car with less than 37000 miles. Poor poor service. Sent email to service director with permanently disfigured garage floor at home. No response. Will avoid this dealership for any service. More

Not Happy The airbag replacement was fine other that a loose panel and particles on the dash board. I was not pleased to have the torque converter die when the The airbag replacement was fine other that a loose panel and particles on the dash board. I was not pleased to have the torque converter die when the car is still relatively new.(147,000 miles) My Chevy has 220,000 miles on it and none of the drive train components have needed repair. There were oil spots on the engine. I wiped them off and will check if there is any oil spraying out. More
