Found best solution for our car. Subaru took the time to listen to our needs to a unknown problem with our Outback. They worked with Subaru of America and gave us a warrenty on a defective transmission without any question. I was extremely worried about the problem and was very anxiuos inside. Mr. Donovan Brummond and Mr. Greg Nichols made me/us feel relaxed and calm that the problem would be resolved. It was and I am very grateful to thier service and customer service. Accurate Diagnosis We left the east coast to drive to MN for a 2-months' stay when, driving through the Appalachian Mountains, our car started rattling. No engine lights We left the east coast to drive to MN for a 2-months' stay when, driving through the Appalachian Mountains, our car started rattling. No engine lights but when we turned it on the car wouldn't stop rattling. We took it to Luther White Bear Acura Subaru and within an hour the technicians diagnosed the problem, AND found out that it was covered by the original warrenty before 80K miles (the car was at 72K !!!). Scheduled & waited 3 hours in the comfort of their waiting room....Bingo! Fixed. I was so impressed. We will always come back when we are in your area when we need you! Thank you a million times over for your polite, courteous & thorough repairs. More

First Time at the Service Desk I scheduled a service appointment because my Forester was having some electrical issues. Service drop off I went to drop my car off the night before it’s service appointment. Greg knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it right there and sent me home in 1/2 ho I went to drop my car off the night before it’s service appointment.
