Excellent Service as always! This was the second car that I purchased through White Bear Subaru and as always I was treated with top notch service! My sales rep, Moe was awesome! This was the second car that I purchased through White Bear Subaru and as always I was treated with top notch service! My sales rep, Moe was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and listens to what you have to say. He was also very nice when I started asking questions about the features of my new car (I went from a 2010 to 2018, what a difference) and did not make me feel bad about not knowing how to use some of these fancy new features!!! He was very personable as well. Our finance guru Chang, was equally wonderful to work with. He found us a great deal, and he did not try to "upsell" us on things we did not need. He made common sense recommendations, which was refreshing. I highly recommend the Subaru team, they are THE BEST!!!! Quick shout out to Greg in service as well for referring me to Moe!!! More

Good but expensive. Oil change, inspection and resurfacing the rear rotors. $470 is a lot to pay for that amount of work. In my opinion. Nicely washed though! 15000 mile service and rotate tire visit I owned a Lexus RX400 for 10 years and when it was time to buy a new car, I wanted to buy another Lexus because of the relationship I had with Doug Ev I owned a Lexus RX400 for 10 years and when it was time to buy a new car, I wanted to buy another Lexus because of the relationship I had with Doug Evans, my Service guy that took great care of me over the years. Sadly, Lexus removed a lot of leg room in the front seats and I couldn't buy another Lexus (leg room is THAT important). This was my first visit to the Subaru service dept and Greg was outstanding! I am looking forward to my long term relationship with him while his team services my Subaru - and my future Subaru's (as long as no one takes away any leg room)! More

Efficient! I asked Greg how long the repair would take and he estimated 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I was waiting at the service center. After one hour, my car was done! I asked Greg how long the repair would take and he estimated 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I was waiting at the service center. After one hour, my car was done! He put 2 technicians on it so I wouldn't have to wait so long. I really appreciated his respect for my time. More
