The mechanic was very knowledgeable and professional. he did a hands on diagnosis so I could see the root of the problem. The part was in stock and the repair was completed that same day. I was loaned a new Forester to drive while I waited. It has been a week now since the appointment and the problems have been corrected. My only complaint would be the cost of the repair. But that is to be expected at any dealership. Overall, it was a positive experience. More
