As always, great experience 5 years ago I bought my first Subaru Crosstrek here at North End and now I was looking to trade it in for a new vehicle. Greg was excellent in list 5 years ago I bought my first Subaru Crosstrek here at North End and now I was looking to trade it in for a new vehicle. Greg was excellent in listening to my needs and wants, thoroughly going over the new features and what I would expect out of each model that we test drove, and ultimately helping me decide what would be the best fit for my budget and driving style. Tom makes the paperwork less daunting as he does a great job in explaining the whole process step by step. When I am ready to trade in again in the future, I would definitely return to North End. More

I got a brand new 2019 subaru impreza sedan!! I love the car and the salesman Greg was such a huge help. Him and Tom (finance) worked tirelessly to make the sale happen for me even when my credit was less car and the salesman Greg was such a huge help. Beware of False Advertising! We've been advised to trade in our 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon by several reputable mechanics at 75,000 miles due to many defects in this particular yea We've been advised to trade in our 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon by several reputable mechanics at 75,000 miles due to many defects in this particular year and model (5 recalls to date). We love this vehicle, but are very concerned that it will go the distance. Even Subaru has admitted it has problems with this manufacturing year. Twice we have gone back to North End in response to mailers we have received to trade in this vehicle. Nothing but false advertising and terms very different than what are portrayed in their letter. Last chance Subaru, we are trading in for a Honda or Toyota! More

A 2008 Legacy, 2008 Forrester, 2012 Outback, 2013 Crosstrek and my latest, a 2019 Outback Premium. All my buying experiences have been amazing. All the sales staff and management have always been friendly and helpful. Most of my purchases have been through Frank Lajoie who treats me like an old friend. He is my go-to person for anything Subaru. This was the first time I worked with Matt for the financing and he was so nice and helpful. Also, a shout out to Jesse for helping me out with a difficult trade in deal. I definitely recommend this dealership, as well as their service department. More
