My family is personally on our 4th Subaru but they have helped our extended family and a few friends. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is focused, prompt and based on your needs. The team at NorthEnd work together to get the job done and everyone is happy to be there. Subaru has a car for all periods of life, and we recommend without hesitation. More

Generous test drives helped me get to know the car well and get comfortable before committing to purchase. Transaction went smoothly including taking two elderly Scoobys off our hands and dealing with all the registry paperwork. Business manager Tom made the signing go the smoothest of all the cars I’ve purchased. One small hiccup (missing accessory at delivery that was replaced a few days later) but besides that a great experience. More

However, as we, North E It was suggested that we enroll into the Star Link program; that my insurance company would cover the expense, or part of it. However, as we, North End Subaru (NES) & I, later found, New Hampshire insurance agents are not required to enroll in this program, and our agent opted not to. John talked me into enrolling in the Star-Link program but, In my opinion, and given that I paid (pretty much) the 'long price', that I (later) felt that North End Subaru might have discounted the overall cost of the vehicle by that amount, making for a better deal, all around. Understand, that John & I LOVE this car, and I (WE?) will probably be back to NES for future purchase(s). See below, "Could You Say a Little More?" More

Nice and Easy I just purchased a Subaru Legacy and this was the 3rd Subaru we purchased from this dealership. The buying experience very easy and the Sales People I just purchased a Subaru Legacy and this was the 3rd Subaru we purchased from this dealership. The buying experience very easy and the Sales People are great to work with. Greg helped us with this purchase and he was very knowledgeable of the car and its features, which is helpful when trying to compare models. and not to mention the fair price offered for my trade and the new car. Everyone from Sales, the Service department, and Tom (paper work guy) was very professional and nice to work with. I recommend this dealership. Why I did not buy an AWD Subaru in the past for these New England winters I don't know. what a difference AWD makes. Also these cars are very reliable, a big plus in my book. More
