I'll be the first to admit that I am a very demanding customer who does his homework and knows what he wants. My sales rep was Greg Ormiston. He listened carefully to what I was looking to pay for a new Chevy Silverado and assured me that he would try to meet meet my price. We went back and forth for three days, but I must say, there was no pressure to buy. The back and forth was friendly negotiations which was really almost one way (mine). Finally, we came to an agreement on the price and I'm happy to say Greg stood by his word word on all the extra's. I must congratulate the Herb Chambers management team for hiring and training such quality sales staff as Greg Ormiston. More

A few weekends ago my girlfriend and I were driving around when a particular used car in the Herb Chambers Chevy of Danvers lot caught our eye. Sales consultant Greg, who was immediately very friendly and knowledgable suggested the Chevy Equinox might be a better fit for my constant business traveling and cargo needs. This past weekend we came in for a test drive not expecting to purchase a new car that day but we did because of the great offer on my trade in, the wonderful price on a beautiful 2014 car and the personalities we interfaced with (namely Greg and Corey). They were really wonderful, I never once felt like I was being sold or pressure. It was casual, friendly, and I walked away feeling great about the entire experience (one that I have already told many of my close friends about). Greg is a shining star in the Herb Chambers group. The only downside to signing papers and driving away is that I don't get to hang out with him next weekend. Corey was kind and accommodating, understanding my situation and my need have the car on the road almost immediately. The business manager Bobby was also a great help in the process. I needed my car delivered within a day for a business trip and they were able to make that happen. From getting the lojack and other options installed, to sending a runner to my town hall to register the car, they went above and beyond the call of duty and I won't forget that. More

Thrilled with the attention and assistance provided by both of them. Went back about a week after I picked up the car, the bluetooth system and I were not on the best of terms, so I popped into the dealership. Thankfully, Bobby Haddad was available and knew exactly what the issue was. I now love the car even more. More
