For about 35 years, I have come to the Chevy dealership on Rt 114, Danvers. (Yes, different names on the building, but good customer service.) For virtually that entire time, I have had many interactions w on Rt 114, Danvers. (Yes, different names on the building, but good customer service.) For virtually that entire time, I have had many interactions with Scott Lyons of the Service Dept. Always perceptive; always knowledgeable; always able to competently describe the choices before me. Yes, Scott has been my central contact at this dealership, but I must say that I have been impressed with a large number of other folks with whom I have had more limited contacts. (That includes Doug of the Service Dept & Corey Upton and Kevin Fitzpatrick of Sales. And the "good vibes" that I have experienced here is shared by my Aussie dog James who has a "good nose" for appreciating "good people.!!!!) More

Corey Upton and April Spring were great. They know what their doing. Very transparent and upfront.
