They could not discuss trade in value but instead had to go behind a glass and come back to you then back to them and then back to you. Never seen the manager come out to say hello to anyone. A really long day that didn't have to be. I think they longer they keep you there the more you will give in and just sign the papers. All said and done we got a car I think we will enjoy. More
