They were helpful at every turn of the experience.... they both were right there helping My wife and I ought and explaining how all the buttons worked. I had a 2015 Sorrento that I had bought off Greg a little over 2 years ago, and that is the reason I came back to him in order to trade up to a newer model.... We stopped on a weekday, and Gregg was out on sick leave. Orlando met us on the parking lot and was more than helpful even when I mentioned that I was looking for Greg. So many friendly faces I made an appointment with Greg and while I was there I was introduced to people from different departments--everyone was so nice. Buying a new car Greg was very nice very helpful. He demonstrated that he knew what he was doing. He made me feel comfortable even though at times I was just waiting around to get answers from the bank and to see if I qualify for the vehicle but other than that he made it just feel like I was at home. He also demonstrated that he knew a lot about the Kia cars. I love my new vehicle being that is my first brand new car a 2017 Kia Forte it rides nice and it was a blessing to be able to work with Greg. I strongly suggest that if you're in the market for a new vehicle that you go see Greg at Regal Kia in Lakeland. More
