As my lease was nearing its end, I received conflicting information from KFMUSA, so I decided to come back to Regal to fid out the best method of closing out my lease. I was fortunate to find Greg Schmidt to assist me. He took time to answer my questions, determine if he could help me with another purchase, and even when he learned that I was not purchasing, he never changed his helpful attitude. As a result, I was able to close out my relationship with KFMusa, in an easy and beneficial manner. I really appreciated his assistance, advice and will certainly be willing to send him send him potential customers whenever I have the chance. Upon arriving I was given a greeting and warm welcome from my salesman Greg Schmidt! Greg listened to what I was interested in, what mattered to me, & assured me he would do the best to make me happy! He was not pushy or intimidating! I never felt pressured at all! After a great experience I left with a brand new 2015 Kia Forte! Huge kudos to Greg, as well as Jennifer Dumeng who explained my owners manual to me! I have already referred friends to Regal Kia and will continue to do so! This was the most comfortable car buying experience ever! Greg you are the best! More

Regal KIA has the best, friendliest and most courte I am extremely customer oriented since I work in a field where keeping your job depends on that. Regal KIA has the best, friendliest and most courteous people working on any given day and time...the service and care is always consistent! Greg Schmidt is a really knowledgeable and tremendously helpful when it comes to the KIA brand and sorting out what it is I wanted in a new KIA without breaking the bank. My Husband and I bought my first KIA (2013) and returned for an oil change and service recently,(great service dept. Patient and willing to spend the time to answer questions!) only to end up leaving with a new KIA (2015). Greg and Charlie Norwood worked to help get us into the new KIA without breaking our pocketbook, understanding numbers, paperwork and made sure all questions and concerns were answered (No Pressure). We were also given phone numbers if thoughts came about after we got home - I love this Dealership and it’s customer service culture!! Greg and Charlie are keepers!!! Kudos guys! More
