Great Dealership. We love working with Greg! My wife & I had been looking to replace my aging Honda, and the KIA Soul was recommended by one of our family members as a great alternative to anothe My wife & I had been looking to replace my aging Honda, and the KIA Soul was recommended by one of our family members as a great alternative to another Honda. We tried a dealership in our area, but their stock levels were iffy to non-existent on the Soul and their sales tactics were very heavy. After doing some research, we contacted the Regal KIA dealership in Lakeland to see if they had any Souls in stock. From the start, the dealership was able to tell us over the phone how many were in stock,and referred us to a sales rep (Greg Schmidt.) Despite it being late in the evening when we arrived, Greg and staff devoted the time for us to test drive, ask questions, discuss pricing and financing and stayed late so we could leave with a new 2014 Soul. I wouldn't normally describe the purchase process as enjoyable, but it was here. They made it easy and straightforward, and best of all there were no games. They worked with us past closing time to get the financing taken care of with John Guy. We left with a new car and KIA gained a couple of devoted fans. Since the time of the sale, Greg and every member of the dealership has remained helpful and engaged with us as customers. Their Service Department is quick, efficient, and very helpful as well. I can't say enough good about Greg & this dealership, they are simply awesome. We are recommending this dealership to all our friends & family, and we will be back to see Greg the next time we need a car! More

Greg Schmidt is Absolutely Fantastic!! Greg is, without a doubt, the BEST car salesman I have EVER dealt with in my many years of buying/ trading cars!! He was extremely knowledgable of the KIA autos and helped me finalize my decision to purchase my 1st KIA (SOUL+) ...and he got me a SUPERB price, which my credit mgr (Jon Guy) noted was VERY GOOD also! Greg continues to be a super nice person to work with, even 6 months down the road as I'm in for my 1st Maintenance service visit!! I don't think Greg will ever be otherwise, because he is honest & sincere, and really does care about his customers and wants to do right by them ALL! (ps: why is Greg's name not under Sales team??) Also, Regal Lakeland dealership in general seems to be the best auto dealership going in the STATE...in my opinion!
