I looked at a new Ford Edge on a Wednesday late afternoon and completed the lease with delivery Thursday morning. Excellent customer service I just purchased an F-250 and the experience was very relaxed and I was never pressured in any way. After purchasing the truck I ordered running board I just purchased an F-250 and the experience was very relaxed and I was never pressured in any way. The salesman Barry was in a hurry because he had a house closing. Which is fine... I test drive the car and said I would be back maybe tomorrow. I myself was running out of time since I was on my lunch break. The finance manager said I should put 500 down on the car to save it. I put 500.00 down on the vehicle. I checked the vehicle online that night and decided I didn't want it. The first sales person I talked too (Greg) said the money would be returned right away. Ok great I thought nice guys! Barry the original sales guy calls me in the afternoon and says i am not giving your money back. He basically told to bad......I then explained that the receipt does not say non - refundable and that I never signed anything. He calls back 15 mins later and says he will return the money.....Which I still have on voice mail.....I looked at this car with three friends of mine we all drive late model F150 Supercrews....they will never get business from me or my friends and since we belong to car clubs we make sure to let people know. By the way I am still waiting for my money!! More

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from North Country Ford. From the time I called Greg until the final paper is signed, the process is easy, I am treated with respect and there is no high press Country Ford. Pricing is good on the vehicle I selected, I got top dollar for my trade, and the dealership has a great relationship with my financial institution, so I could close the sale right then and there. For buying my first car i didn't feel pressure to purchase anything i didn't want. i strongly felt that they were there to make sure that i got exactly what i wanted within my budget. As a female, us purchase anything i didn't want. i strongly felt that they were there to make sure that i got exactly what i wanted within my budget. As a female, usually i am feeling a little scared when it comes to cars especially buying one. At North Country I didn't feel this. I felt that they were a friend or someone that actually cared. Every question i had they answered. I have already recommended North Country to friends and family and I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase: 2008 used Lincoln MKZ!
