The salesperson, Charlie, told me it was nothing and would go away, so I trusted him and completed the purchase. Only two miles after leaving, the warning returned. I immediately brought the vehicle back. The dealership initially said it would be repaired, but after learning the repair could cost about $5,000, they refused and told me I must take the vehicle as is because the sale was already completed. Our process on the new BMW was tainted by bad experiences either the service department on our other BMW we bought from you. But in the end Kelly won and was a great salesmen, but of course, our ultimate sco either the service department on our other BMW we bought from you.
