I bought a truck from here in October 2023 and even sent others to Regal. Took my wife’s car to trade in today. Salesman Meleke was great, however the Sales Manager Gregg is arrogant, rude and not very pr others to Regal. Took my wife’s car to trade in today. Salesman Meleke was great, however the Sales Manager Gregg is arrogant, rude and not very professional at all. We walked in with cash for a cash deal. We questioned the $4000 increase for fees and he informed us that he’s done this business for 22 years and this is how it is. So we thanked our salesman but walked out. More
