One rare 'feel good' dealership! I visited multiple dealerships before this, and I felt the positive vibes as soon as I step in. From the initial response to final handover, it was super smooth and no discomfort. Team is jovial, humorous and helping. More than the great car I got, it was the experience that made the long lasting impression. Elijah with big brains, my sales consultant spent a lot of time and patience during my long vehicle test drive, answered all my questions. He provided multiple and seemed okay to provide as many test drives as I wish to take. No wonder he tops the sales charts. Keith the tough guy, surprisingly made the irritating pricing discussion into a funny interesting one. Gregg with extra 'g', helped me a great deal on financing and fought a tireless battle on providing a bumper to bumper warranty at throw away costs. Overall it was an excellent experience, particularly for a CRM(Customer Relationship Management) Project Manager with a 15+ years of experience, it was no small deal. If I am buying a Honda, I wouldn't mind coming all the way driving 35 miles than to my next street dealership at my home. thanks, Kalyan PS: Try to believe , only thing I haven't liked is too much Air Conditioning in Gregg's cabin and the color of the complimentary hat they gifted at the end!!! ;) More

Doug Darryman is good, dealership just ok. TL,DR: Doug did a good job getting me through the paperwork and was fun to talk to. The dealership failed to have the car present at our scheduled appointment, the vehicle needed repair before I could take it home after the weekend, they gave it to me with less than a half tank of gas. So I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle with 4 days notice, the night before the appointment they tell me they haven't been able to get the truck transferred for our appointment. After some conversations they determined they could have it there the next afternoon. I come in, meet Doug, he is nice and we go for a test drive. We come back, we haggle on price, I feel like I get a good deal. Gregg in finance hooks me up with a good interest rate and service package. Then I find out I can't leave with the truck because the driver's side mirror is inoperable and needs to be repaired. They get me a loaner for over the weekend. Monday evening the truck is ready, I go pick it up. They said it has been detailed (I couldn't tell), and I see it has less than half a tank of gas in it. Overall, I feel like I got a decent deal on a newer Tacoma with low miles but Heritage Honda needs to tighten up their used car game a little bit. Used car pricing doesn't leave much wiggle room these days which makes it hard to stand out from other dealerships, if you had closed the deal with a spit shine, topped off the tank, and had the truck ready for the first appointment there would have been 5 stars here for sure. More

Best Car buying experience ever Bought many cars and have dealt with a lot of dealerships. Some good, some not so good. The experience with David Baca, Bill, and Greg was beyond ev Bought many cars and have dealt with a lot of dealerships. Some good, some not so good. The experience with David Baca, Bill, and Greg was beyond every other experience. Felt that our time was valued, our thoughts and feelings were important, and all made a sincere effort to make us feel comfortable. David was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Most salesmen go through the motions and give the same speech. David actually talked to us and wanted to connect. When Bill the manager came in, I was expecting the "bad cop", but he listened, he was willing to work with us on what we wanted. Then it was time to go to Finance. Usually the worst part where they try and upsell you make more profit. But there was no hard sell, no pressure from Greg. Things were offered, but without pressure. He got us through the paperwork quickly and painlessly. Once everything was done, David set up all the "techy" stuff on our vehicle to our preferences, and made sure we were good to go in our new car. Definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for a new car. More

Awesome service all the way around! On Friday, I went to do some preliminary car shopping without my husband. I arrived and was promptly greeted by John. He had such a friendly, laid bac On Friday, I went to do some preliminary car shopping without my husband. I arrived and was promptly greeted by John. He had such a friendly, laid back demeanor. I didn’t feel pressured (like I was expecting) at all! We went for a test drive and when we came back, John introduced me to Bill so that I would have two familiar faces when I brought my husband back the next day. On Saturday my husband and I both went to the dealership and we were again greeted with smiles, they even recognized me from the day before! We did another test drive and decided this was the vehicle for us. The banks had all closed by this point and it was getting late so we all decided to continue things Monday. On Monday we finalized everything and had the pleasure of meeting Gregg. We had our son with ya on Monday and they were all GREAT with him and didn’t get irritated when he started to get bored, instead they found some things they had to occupy him! Lastly, Melody showed us all the features of the car and answered all our questions. She was so friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the features in the car. I will recommend them to anyone I know shopping for a car!! Awesome awesome awesome job everyone! Thank you!! More

Excellent Customer Service I walked in this dealership knowing there was a possibility of leaving empty handed. As soon as my husband and I got out of our car we were welcome by an agent. We explained that we had an appointment.with Elijah Wingate. Elijah was waiting and ready at the door. When we would could not agreement on price for the car,.there was no pressure to stay, he just simply said too give him a chance to work it out. He did, he called in Mr. Gregg (DH). Mr. Gregg is full of personality, it did not matter that I was ready to walk out. He did what salesman do .What was so unique about him was he was REAL.(excellent people skills), bottom line Real, Very open and honest about what he was doing. He did everything he could to make us feel good about our purchase and got us a deal that we could live with. I walked out feeling that I received an excellent compromise and excellent customer service. This dealership cares about their clients, The Manager and Supervisors congratulated us on our purchase. I test drove the vehicle and we talked about the options I liked and the needs of my family. David seemed to care and the manager Keith reviewed several payment options with me. Nobody was pushy and I was happy to come back with my husband. Again, we were treated like family and all of us had lots of laughter together. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I got an excellent deal on my civic hatchback! Thank you! More
