One rare 'feel good' dealership! I visited multiple dealerships before this, and I felt the positive vibes as soon as I step in. From the initial response to final handover, it was su I visited multiple dealerships before this, and I felt the positive vibes as soon as I step in. From the initial response to final handover, it was super smooth and no discomfort. Team is jovial, humorous and helping. More than the great car I got, it was the experience that made the long lasting impression. Elijah with big brains, my sales consultant spent a lot of time and patience during my long vehicle test drive, answered all my questions. He provided multiple and seemed okay to provide as many test drives as I wish to take. No wonder he tops the sales charts. Keith the tough guy, surprisingly made the irritating pricing discussion into a funny interesting one. Gregg with extra 'g', helped me a great deal on financing and fought a tireless battle on providing a bumper to bumper warranty at throw away costs. Overall it was an excellent experience, particularly for a CRM(Customer Relationship Management) Project Manager with a 15+ years of experience, it was no small deal. If I am buying a Honda, I wouldn't mind coming all the way driving 35 miles than to my next street dealership at my home. thanks, Kalyan PS: Try to believe , only thing I haven't liked is too much Air Conditioning in Gregg's cabin and the color of the complimentary hat they gifted at the end!!! ;) More

Doug Darryman is good, dealership just ok. TL,DR: Doug did a good job getting me through the paperwork and was fun to talk to. The dealership failed to have the car present at our scheduled app TL,DR: Doug did a good job getting me through the paperwork and was fun to talk to. The dealership failed to have the car present at our scheduled appointment, the vehicle needed repair before I could take it home after the weekend, they gave it to me with less than a half tank of gas. So I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle with 4 days notice, the night before the appointment they tell me they haven't been able to get the truck transferred for our appointment. After some conversations they determined they could have it there the next afternoon. I come in, meet Doug, he is nice and we go for a test drive. We come back, we haggle on price, I feel like I get a good deal. Gregg in finance hooks me up with a good interest rate and service package. Then I find out I can't leave with the truck because the driver's side mirror is inoperable and needs to be repaired. They get me a loaner for over the weekend. Monday evening the truck is ready, I go pick it up. They said it has been detailed (I couldn't tell), and I see it has less than half a tank of gas in it. Overall, I feel like I got a decent deal on a newer Tacoma with low miles but Heritage Honda needs to tighten up their used car game a little bit. Used car pricing doesn't leave much wiggle room these days which makes it hard to stand out from other dealerships, if you had closed the deal with a spit shine, topped off the tank, and had the truck ready for the first appointment there would have been 5 stars here for sure. More

Best Car buying experience ever Bought many cars and have dealt with a lot of dealerships. Some good, some not so good. The experience with David Baca, Bill, and Greg was beyond ev Bought many cars and have dealt with a lot of dealerships. Some good, some not so good. The experience with David Baca, Bill, and Greg was beyond every other experience. Felt that our time was valued, our thoughts and feelings were important, and all made a sincere effort to make us feel comfortable. David was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Most salesmen go through the motions and give the same speech. David actually talked to us and wanted to connect. When Bill the manager came in, I was expecting the "bad cop", but he listened, he was willing to work with us on what we wanted. Then it was time to go to Finance. Usually the worst part where they try and upsell you make more profit. But there was no hard sell, no pressure from Greg. Things were offered, but without pressure. He got us through the paperwork quickly and painlessly. Once everything was done, David set up all the "techy" stuff on our vehicle to our preferences, and made sure we were good to go in our new car. Definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for a new car. More
