The salesperson Ryan Craig was very prepared, efficient and extremely knowledgeable regarding our purchase. He took all the time necessary to complete the transaction professionally. The pricing was more than competitive . From greeting through the complete process he was by our side to assist. The Finance Manager was extremely helpful going through all the paperwork and products we May have been interested in. The General Manager introduced himself And assisted with answering any questions we may have had. He explained the service process and other benefits the store provided. Everyone was professional and extremely pleasant and helpful. I strongly recommend this dealership More

Great people, easy transaction, excellent service We went in to test drive a 2019 Pilot again. Ryan Craig gave us SO much additional information about the Pilot. We were on the fence between 3 diffe We went in to test drive a 2019 Pilot again. Ryan Craig gave us SO much additional information about the Pilot. We were on the fence between 3 different makes/models and the info he shared helped us make our decision. Ryan was knowledgeable and professional, but put zero pressure on us to make a purchase. Plus, he had a sense of humor about the whole car-buying process. Then, we got to meet Bill Spradbrow. Again, friendly, excellent customer service: he made us feel like he valued our business as first time buyers at his dealership. He worked hard to be sure that our questions were answered and the process of buying was seamless. Next, we met with Gregg (with two g's) in finance. Hysterical. He explained everything clearly and we had a good time working out the finances. Last, we met with "Chewy" (Dave Bacca) who provided a bunch of helpful info about car settings and he programmed things for us. I returned at a later time for a more explicit learning session because of our time limitations that day and he was awesome. Super informative. We were in a hurry that day and each of these gentlemen worked to speed up the process while being certain we had all questions answered. They made us laugh and honestly, changed the way that I viewed car dealerships. We had spent quite a bit of time hunting around for the right car to replace an suv that I loved and no other car dealership felt like this one. I would highly recommend the dealership and this group of people if you are in the market for a new car. More

These three guys Robert lee, ryan Craig , Brent white are like a dream team and can certainly help anybody make it happen I went into Honda thinking I was just gonna test drive a few cars pick out the one I like and come back another day to retrieve it . They were so helpful that within a few hours I was able to get all signed up on the car I wanted and was out the door in my brand new car that night 😊. Ooo and I can’t forget Gregg Smith was the one who helped me with the finance so make sure you ask for him if you get a car cause he will definitely try and help you as best as he can and make sure that you are happy with what you have More
