Justin was great. I saw the car online and we were back and forth with phone calls and texts just to clear any issues or concerns. He was also pretty much available at anytime and he would communicate with me after hours. As someone who is in marketing, that is fantastic customer service. What really should be said is the fact that before I flew in, there was a gentleman who also saw the car at the dealership the day before I got there and was ready to write a check for the full amount and Justin stood his ground and said sorry, I’m already dealing with a customer. That is what you call being faithful. You don’t find that very often because most people will probably want the commission right away. Justin truly cares about the clients he is working with and it’s a breath of fresh air. Y’all need to do whatever you can to keep him around because if I was a dealership, I would be doubling his pay to take him to my dealership. More

well I would give it a 5 rating if I was sure the 'lifetime warranty and lifetime free maintenance' is actually true and that I can come back and refinance in 8 months for a 9% rate instead of an 18% 'lifetime warranty and lifetime free maintenance' is actually true and that I can come back and refinance in 8 months for a 9% rate instead of an 18% rate.
