Kris, the sales associate, efficiently gathered my information, coordinated with the finance manager, and had us out the door in less than 40 minutes—truly impressive! During the signing, Zahir, from finance, personally walked us through the lease agreement and patiently answered all our final questions. On a separate note, I’ve been coming here for years to service my other VWs, and Greg always does a phenomenal job.
