ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Three people within the last six months told me I HAVE to go to Novak when I mentioned I was looking to get a car off of a returned lease. They said don't bother going anywhere else and after my experience at Novak that's exactly how I feel. I will never go anywhere else when I need a car. From the second I walked in the door until the second I drove away in my 'new' used Jeep Grand Cherokee, everyone was amazing. I never felt any pressure, I never felt they were trying to get over on me, and I never felt like I was just another customer. My family had purchased 2 cars from there over the past several months, and highly recommended them. I was amazed with how pristine the sales floor looked, and more importantly how excellent the sales staff was! I worked with Greg and Annalea and they were extremely professional and efficient! 2 out of the 3 times I stopped in were during my lunch break and they bent over backwards to make sure that I was able to get back to work on time. Annalea took the time to show me all of the features of the car that I chose, and made me feel very confident with my purchase!!
