EXCELLENT Experience!!! I was thinking about trading in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and stopped by Novak Motors to see what deals they had on their Jeep Cherokees. My family had p I was thinking about trading in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and stopped by Novak Motors to see what deals they had on their Jeep Cherokees. My family had purchased 2 cars from there over the past several months, and highly recommended them. I was amazed with how pristine the sales floor looked, and more importantly how excellent the sales staff was! I worked with Greg and Annalea and they were extremely professional and efficient! 2 out of the 3 times I stopped in were during my lunch break and they bent over backwards to make sure that I was able to get back to work on time. Annalea took the time to show me all of the features of the car that I chose, and made me feel very confident with my purchase!! Overall shopping for a car is often difficult and stressful, and Novak made it easy! The experience was so great that I will continue to recommend them to everyone in the market for a car!!! More
