Our salesperson, Greg was vey understanding and an excellent listener. He was patient with our questions, as well as everyone we spoke with in the process. Mike, the dealership manager, was very welcoming and explained the history of Novak Motors to us and how the business is such a shining example of how car buying experience should be! The finance 'wiz,' Frank, is also quite unique because he was totally understanding of your budget and was never pushy. We weren't sweating when we left from nerves, but instead,SMILING! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Three people within the last six months told me I HAVE to go to Novak when I mentioned I was looking to get a car off of a returned lease. They said don't bother going anywhere else and after my experience at Novak that's exactly how I feel. I will never go anywhere else when I need a car. From the second I walked in the door until the second I drove away in my 'new' used Jeep Grand Cherokee, everyone was amazing. I never felt any pressure, I never felt they were trying to get over on me, and I never felt like I was just another customer.
