Quick and efficient sales process after doing my research on the vehicle, i contacted Keegan and we quickly agreed on a price. On the pick-up day the whole sales process was completed after doing my research on the vehicle, i contacted Keegan and we quickly agreed on a price. On the pick-up day the whole sales process was completed in an efficient and straight forward manner, I think we left after not more than 2 hours after arrival with the car. I do need to mention they offer lifetime oil changes for the purchased vehicle !!! I never heard that being offered before for an Audi. More

Bought a used Saturn ION that was supposed to have been checked out and inspected. HA! My reputable mechanic informed me that the Saturn is a pile of scrap. The clutch is bad, axle seals, both front contro checked out and inspected. HA! My reputable mechanic informed me that the Saturn is a pile of scrap. The clutch is bad, axle seals, both front control arms, coolant overflow bottle, struts and trunk seal. I really can't seem to understand how ALL these items were missed if it was actually HONESTLY represented. The carfax report also seems to have discrepancies, things that were supposed to have been replaced were NEVER TOUCHED!! I was told ' they would give me options' as to what those will be who knows. If they make this right I'll change my review, but seems like they are totally disinterested in owing up to their mistakes. More
