He took care of one concern with the car and recommended a great place for my wife and I to have lunch while the service department worked to fix the issue. Andrew Buzzetta took me through The finance experience smooth as silk. I was told I was the 1st Benz that they had sold a Benz to at Bonita Springs Prior to my departure with my vehicle, Brandon Saballos “Tech Wizard” explained many of the comfort features of my E 300. He gave me his cell and always texted me back immediately with answers to my questions. He held the car for me all week until I could make the trip over from Fort Lauderdale. When I arrived he and Andrew Abuzzetta had all of my paperwork ready to go. Very organized and professional. Brandon Saballos from the concierge desk sat with me for a while and went over all the features of the car. Greg checked in later that night to make sure I made it back to Fort Lauderdale okay and to see how the drive was in my new car. I would highly recommend Greg and his team. They are pros. I wont be buying Mercedes from anyone else going forward! More

Greg kept me constantly informed of the building schedule, date of completion, shipment from Germany, and final delivery at Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs. The car was as I ordered, and as the 2021s were issued in the interim from when I placed my order, I received the newest version available. The Iridium Silver with the Cranberry Leather upholstery is striking. And the blackout of the Night version, really attenuates the base color (recommended by Greg). The AMG package also sets the vehicle apart from the C Series models I see on the road.
