Dealership/Salesman(Greg) was initially great to deal with. The initial vehicle I want to see smelled very smoky. Greg agreeded, showed me several other vehicles. Showed me one that I just came in was a with. The initial vehicle I want to see smelled very smoky. Greg agreeded, showed me several other vehicles. Showed me one that I just came in was a close enough fit. The vehicle needed tires, we had a lengthy discussion that this was to be a farm vehicle and I needed all-terrain tires on it not all weather. This dealership is almost 2 hours from my home. I was already scheduled to be back in that area a week later so we scheduled a vehicle pick up for then. Everything went great traded my truck and took care of payment. Then I noticed they were all weather tires not all-terrain. Greg and I discussed this he advised the tires I wanted would have made the truck delivery late. Since all the paperwork was already done I felt trapped. I wish I had been afforded the opportunity to consider waiting another day or two. These tires have already failed me twice on the farm and I am considering putting new tires on and a considerable cost to myself. More

We just leased a 2026 Jeep Wagoneer from Klaben. This is our second Wagoneer as our first one was a 2023. We have leased from Klaben for many years without a problem. That is why we keep going back.
