Could’ve been a disaster with my lack of cell service in the store, but she handled it like a pro. I couldn't be happier - the vehicle itself makes me smile every day when I get in it. Beware! After manager Tim suggesting a Wrangler as a lease trading in a Grand Cherokee completely knowing my commute from Lake County to Strongsville (70 mil After manager Tim suggesting a Wrangler as a lease trading in a Grand Cherokee completely knowing my commute from Lake County to Strongsville (70 miles) to work and back. Turns out the vehicle is unsafe, hard to control, winds push it into other lanes making it a very fearful drive. After calling the dealership and explaining my fear of the car and its poor performance I asked if they could put me in a different vehicle. Since I had only been in lease for 3 months they said “We can’t, you’re in a contract. FALSE! After calling Stellantis Financial explaining my situation and relaying what dealership said that it was untrue. I could trade in vehicle though numbers would be different as far as payment. They were very concerned on the treatment I received that “we can’t, really meant we won’t!” She connected me to Jeep customer service and again explained what was going on, they too, concerned about the safety of vehicle and dismissing response from Klaben transferred me to Deacon’s Chrysler Jeep. A young man named Jeff answered the call, he listened to my dilemma of feeling unsafe, terrifying commute through downtown Cleveland etc., thankfully he had me come in, spent hours working with me for a vehicle I could drive and feel safe. Yes, I lost my down payment for the Wrangler, had to finance negative equity, but my safety has no price! So thank you Jeff Deacon for fixing a problem Klaben failed to do! More
