Great place. Staff was very friendly. Eager to answer questions i had. Process was smooth. I drove from sf so it was a bit of a trip. Only downside really was lack of a drink. Gregory Morelos was great to me. He made my transaction painless and easy. From the moment I showed up he set me up to take the truck to my mechanic for a quick check. I cam back with requests of fix's and painless and easy. From the moment I showed up he set me up to take the truck to my mechanic for a quick check. I cam back with requests of fix's and he got them done same day. When the contract writer was making paperwork difficult, Greg went out of his way to turn things around. I was unable to return until 5pm, worried I would be stuck waiting for an hour to sign paperwork. Greg instead had it waiting and I was out in 10 minutes. The truck was cleaned, full of gas, and ready for me to drive away. Thank you Greg. The reason for the three star review is due to the contract writer (I do not have his name). He was rude to me and basically offered no help in getting me out of the dealership quickly. I feel that spending 30K (non financed) that he could have been a little more accommodating. As a business owner, my day is full of meetings and appointments. When I asked how long paperwork would take, he said 45-1hour. I then let him know I had a meeting in Novato I could not miss. He rudely told me that If I could not wait, that I would probably have to wait when I returned. I requested to have the paperwork printed and ready for when I return and he told me he could not and that if there were people ahead of me when I arrived, I would just need to wait. I have a fleet of 10 vehicles in my painting company and have never been treated like this when spending 30K. More
