I was every unhappy with the service I received after buying my 2018 Honda civic. After a couple weeks tried to use the AC and it didn't work. Took it in and got a loaner nice. After a couple days went back ask salesman what was wrong with the AC and he said he didn't know it's under warranty so its good. A week and a half later it wasn't working again. took it back and this time received a print out of what was done new compressor, ac clutch etc. Should be good this time, but three and halve weeks later its out again. took it back again. I live in Clearlake so its not a quick trip. Had to take time off work put in a lot of driving time and miles to go back and forth three times, Dropped the car off again service person said we can have it done the next day I said keep it for a few days as I wanted it done right this time, she said I see you have some bird droppings on the car would you like it washed I said yes please. Came back after three days to pick up the car and not only did we have to walk out into the parking to find the car without an agent but it wasn't washed either. Praying the AC is done right this time, But going to try Ukiah Honda for any services needed in the future not sure if Manly is just too busy for the personalized service. And rushing the workmen ship. One last thing sorry for you in convince goes along way, More

Biggest source of anxiety was when financing person said that my 7-day test period was invalid because of shipping date. Car needed some work done to the wheels, meaning I would only have two days to actua that my 7-day test period was invalid because of shipping date. Sales assured me this was not the case, but the fact that the two departments were not on the same page was cause for consternation. Greg, my salesperson, was efficient and all business.
