Peral worked very hard and got me approved within my budget. He goes above and beyond for anything you need help with. I had a small issue with not knowing how to work some of the bells and whistles a budget. He goes above and beyond for anything you need help with. I had a small issue with not knowing how to work some of the bells and whistles and came back a week later and service was patient and very knowledgeable on my make and model. I have mixed feelings about this dealership. They have a great variety of cars no doubt. The staff is kind and professional. My wife and I had to really go back and forth to get the price we wa They have a great variety of cars no doubt. The staff is kind and professional. My wife and I had to really go back and forth to get the price we wanted and our credit scores deserved.. Then came getting the car home. Bought the car on Friday. On Moday morning the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and brought it to them that evening after work. They run diagnostic and find that i have a bad oil pressure sensor. They schedule me a follow up appointment to get it taken car of. I get thr car back two days later and again the following Monday the lights back on again. This tine i was given a rental car while they fix.thr problem which turned out to be a malfunctioning oil pump which was covered by warranty. I will say this. All of the matentence and rental car was on the dealership dime. It just tucked to buy a car and less than 4 days I had issues not once but twice within 3 weeks of purchase. So I again appreciate the service and the life time.power.train they provide to customers free of charge. More

I had not shopped through a dealership in many years and was hesitant to do so. I am not comfortable with negotiating. Jerry Hunt was the first place I went to. I was in the market for a used compact SUV, b was hesitant to do so. I am not comfortable with negotiating. Jerry Hunt was the first place I went to. I was in the market for a used compact SUV, but after researching I was not sure which I wanted. I figured Jerry Hunt would have a variety and advice on the best one. I was not disappointed. Philip, my salesman, was a great help and led me to a very nice vehicle . It was clean, low mileage and on the lower price end of what I could have chosen. No haggling and worked with my desires. Since I didn’t have a way there to pick up the vehicle , he even drove to pick me up. Jake, with whom I signed paperwork,was just as easy to deal with. Of course he offered options, but was not at all pushy when I declined them. I didn’t deal with Gregory personally, but understand he helped with how smooth the deal went. I love my new vehicle. I hope any maintenance I may need will be handled just as well. More

Purchasing the car was the best part of the process. Working with Robert during this process was good. Obtaining my vehicle after purchase, over a week later, was terrible and disheartening. There is lack of communication within the dealership and with the customer. I have worked with JH before and had no issue but this time has certainly secured the fact that I will most likely never go there again. By the time I finally came to pick up the car, I was no longer excited or looking forward to getting it. Robert was accommodating at the time of pick up and I did express my concerns to him and he said he would take them to his manager but, after the ordeal I experienced, I am not sure that communication will ever take place. I will say that Darus in the ceramic department was very customer service oriented and kept his word on getting back with me with updates and he was able to get my car in even though I was originally told that it could take up to 2 weeks to get the ceramic coating applied (I was never told this at the time of purchase). Anthony in the service department was helpful and made it right after originally putting 2 new tires on the front that did not match the back two that were left on. Robert was out for a few days and I received a voicemail from Axel stating that he was calling to give me an update stating that the matching tires were delivered and would be installed tomorrow and he would reach out to me when the work was done, and, of course, I never heard from him or anyone else so, again, I had to call and find out what was going on. I spoke to sales manager Hunter and Greg, both of which stated they would call me back with the information that I was concerned about and instead of them calling me back, I received calls from other individuals or I received no call at all. If I had a customer that was frustrated and had been waiting for over a week to pick up their vehicle, as a sales manager, I would at least have the courtesy to call the customer back even if I had asked someone else to follow up. I think that JH has gotten too big and has lost the one thing that keeps customers coming back and that is common courtesy and customer service. I am as of now, very happy with my car and for that, I am thankful. I guess at the end of the day, that is what I wanted to get out of the process but it would've been nice for it to have been a bit less stressful and time consuming. More
