Griffin was an amazing sales person. He helped me find the right vehicle with the price I needed. We discussed 3-4 different colors and years of the XT5. I already had a 2019 XT5 and was He helped me find the right vehicle with the price I needed. We discussed 3-4 different colors and years of the XT5. I already had a 2019 XT5 and was wanting a newer model. We handled everything through text and email which was best for me as my schedule is extremely busy. We went back and forth on Thursday and by Friday afternoon we had the deal. I went in Saturday and was in and out in 45 minutes with signing and delivery. Griffin was professional and friendly. Even though I already had an XT5 he went over all of the new features of the 2025 model. When the inside wasn't completely detailed I mentioned it and he made sure I could come back for a full detail the next week so I would be happy. He even removed my SunPass off the windshield and put it on the new vehicle. He was the best to work with and I will continue to recommend him to others when they are looking for a new car whether it is a Caddy or not. I take advantage of the Saturday morning complimentary car wash from time to time and those two guys are hustlers. They are so friendly, remember me and always give me tips on keeping my caddy in the best condition. The team at Val Ward Cadillac is top notch! This is my 3rd vehicle from them and this was the best experience. More
