Upon entering the dealership, never being there before, Mike made me feel welcomed and didn't ignore me. Very thorough and my courtesy car was nicer than my own car. I felt like Chip didn't want to hear what I was telling him, the problem that I had was never resolved. I spent a good amount of money there and I would of kept on doing business because I thought telling him, the problem that I had was never resolved.
