Hasbrouck Heights - Volvo Service center cleaned Englewood's sheet. Sales person at Englewood was a crook and such people only bring shame to the profession to "High end car sales man". Staff at Hasbrouck Heights are truly customer concentric whereas, we do not recommend Elnglewood to any. FYI- This is our 3rd Volvo in our family in last 11 years. More

Please accept this assessment although it may sound redundant. I have always stated that the service experience is more than perfect. However you must know that Kundert Volvo has managed to raise this redundant. I have always stated that the service experience is more than perfect. However you must know that Kundert Volvo has managed to raise this bar yet again. The service area is immaculate. Upon arriving the entire team acknowledges you. (The Kundert Team treats each person as their only customer and who has top priority.) This welcoming atmosphere helps alleviate the stress car owners feel when taking their car into the shop. One very important thing that they do during the intake process is to ask if there is anything else which might be going on with the car. If they hadn’t asked that question, I would have forgotten that I wanted the windshield wipers changed. (Although the wipers weren’t worn, there was a small piece missing from the winter salt which created a streak when it rained). My car was immediately registered in and I was in the waiting room in less than five minutes. The waiting room is kept warm and comfortable. The waiting area has everything a customer could want or need. You don’t really feel as though you are in a waiting area but rather at home. The service representative, Chip and the other representatives promptly gave updates to the car owners who were waiting. They also give an update to everyone in the room when someone else is receiving their car out of service. This makes everyone know that they are still a priority. When my car was ready, Chip explained the work that was done and asked if I had any questions. As always, I was given a heads-up on the upcoming needs of my car. The anticipated service needs explanation is a unique practice and is very much appreciated. This allows car owners to financially plan for upcoming service visits. In these economic times, that is not only practical but a huge help. You must know that every service representative during every single visit has always been so engaging. They put customers at easy and in a good mood by their positive attitudes (especially Pete, Shannon, Mike, Chip). I have said this before, though I am compelled to say it again, Kundert Volvo should be used as the model for other dealers to learn how to develop excellence by observing Kundert’s best-in-class practices and expertise. Excellent sales and service. I have done business with Kundert Motors for over 25 years and have always been satisfied. I expect that should I purchase another care I will buy it through Kundert and will Kundert Motors for over 25 years and have always been satisfied. ROWell you asked so I will explain: I bought my 2013 c30 in december (love the car). Within the first week there was condensation getting into the driver side head light and then freezing. I go away for my work and I am not around to just pop on for repairs at a moments notice. I resheduled my work load to come in for your service people to fix the problem. I was informed that the car need a new headlight and it had to be ordered from sweden and would take 2 weeks. . Really! Volvo doesn't have a headlight somewhere in the tri-state area. In a couple of week I recieved a call from your dealership that the headlight was in from Sweden. I made arrangements with my work drove into your has brook heights dealership from nazareth pa after working a 12hr night shift and had the new headlight installed. Kind of a pain put things happen. Pls read the next part of the story if you really care about providing service. after the headlight was installed I DROVE MY CAR HOME WALKED INTO THE BACK YARD THEN WALKED BACK TO WHERE I PARKED THE CAR (WHICH PUT ME TO THE FRONT OF THE CAR) I THEN NOTICED A 2.5 INCH GOUGE WITH A SMALL DENT 2INCHES FROM THE NEW HEADLIGHT. SOMEONE IN YOUR DEALERSHIP GOUGED MY CAR IN YOUR DEALERSHIP WHERE I BOUGHT THE CAR AND DID'NT OWN UP TO IT. IT WAS LUCK THAT I NOTICED IT. I WAS UP FOR 20hrs AT THIS POINT. WHAT IF I DIDN'T NOTICE THE DAMAGE THAT YOUR DEALERSHIP DID FOR SOME TIME. I HOPE THE PERSON THAT DID THIS SLEEPS WEEL. IS THIS THE QUAILITY OF STAFF THAT YOU KEEP? I FEEL THAT SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION OTHER THAN THE REPAIRS SHOULD COME TO ME? BE CREATIVE? MY NEW CARS PAINT IS NO LONGER FACTORY PAINT. IT HAS BEEN REPAINTED 2MONTHS AFTER I BOUGHT IT DUE TO YOUR DEALERSHIPS FAULT AND NOT OWNING UP TO IT. YOUR E-MAIL ASKED FOR MY RATING ON THE RECECT SERVICE. UNTIL YOU GIVE ME SOMETHING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY TROUBLE TO SHOW ME THAT YOU REALLY WANT TO REGAIN MY FAITH IN YOUR DEALERSHIP. !MY RATING IS : AT THIS POINT I WOULDN'T IN GOOD CONDFIDENCE RECOMED YOUR DEALERSHIP TO A FRIEND OF FAMILY MEMBER? I have been associated with Kundert Volvo since 2005 when I purchased my current car from them – S80. (My previous Volvo, 1990, 740 GLE, was purchased at another dealership that went out of business. I was serviced by Kundert until I needed to purchase the 2005.) I have always been extremely satisfied with Kundert’s service, competence, and eagerness to always please and resolve any issues that I’ve ever had with my car. Mike Mazzaro is tops – always there when he’s needed and always goes overboard to assist and accommodate. Shannon Reilly, Pete Pesce, and Chip Griffin are all of the same caliber. The technicians that work on the cars are also tops; they always find the problem. I find Kundert Volvo in Hasbrouck Heights to be extremely honest. The service team in the Kundert Hasbrouck Heights location repeatedly treats me with the humanity I would expect from a service organization. Their steadfast professionalism and knowledge of the prod location repeatedly treats me with the humanity I would expect from a service organization.
