Brought car in to find a short that is draining battery Brought dead car (38,000 miles) in that was purchased there new, where a new battery in the car was less than a month old. They had the car for 2 weeks, and they did not find or solve the problem. They NEVER called me with an update. I always had to call them. Emails were never returned. I had to make the decision to get the car back. They THEN charged me over $100 when nothing was fixed and I still have the problem, and it could be dead any time I need the car. They said that their time needs to be paid for, and I should feel lucky they are not asking for more. A Volvo dealer should be able to fix a Volvo problem to make it safe, and at worst keep me updated on the status. Just keeping the car there was a waste of my time, and I'm still left wondering what to do, and if I need to sell the car and get a new one that is a different brand, that can have problems resolved and be a safe reliable car. More
