My experience at Weston Volvo was one of the best customer experiences I've had in any retail environment for many years. I was so BEYOND satisfied I actually ASKED for where I could leave a review customer experiences I've had in any retail environment for many years. I was so BEYOND satisfied I actually ASKED for where I could leave a review to praise the work of both Claudia and Guillermo. Both Weston Volvo team members went above and beyond typical day-to-day sales duties to help get me into my dream car. Claudia understood my needs and urgency and also my complicated credit situation from living as an expat for the past nine years. She and her General Sales Manager, Guillermo, were patient, creative, and calming during all steps of the process. They communicated with me constantly to let me know where my application stood and even stayed late to help ensure I didn't have to keep my rental car a day longer than I had reserved. This experience didn't feel transactional, but personal and guided. I am so grateful to these two individuals and can honestly say that no other dealership nor team could have been more professional, helpful, and kind. My experience was sheer perfection and I highly recommend Weston Volvo and Claudia, my salesperson, for any of your Sales or Leasing needs. More

Best Volvo dealership in South Florida. Only wished they did car pickup at your house for maintenance like Volvo Cars North Miami, and drop off a loaner in your driveway. But other than that, these guys ar did car pickup at your house for maintenance like Volvo Cars North Miami, and drop off a loaner in your driveway. But other than that, these guys are pretty much the best of the best. I have purchased 5 Volvo's from Claudia, here at Weston Volvo since 2009, and she is the only reason I didn't purchase my new XC90 from the other dealership that offers to pick up your car in a tow truck at your home and drop off a loaner for scheduled and other maintenance appointments. Weston Volvo has great friendly service. They matched, and beat the price that my credit union offered for a Volvo through their auto-buying program. Anyone would enjoy dealing with such a great saleslady as Claudia, as she is a wonderful person and really knows the Volvo product and makes the whole car buying process from a dealer very pleasant. Great Job Claudia, and we will see you in a few years when we get our next Volvo from you! - in the meantime talk to your boss about having the service department duplicate Volvo Cars North Miami car maintenance pickup and loaner drop-off program.... then you will be the uncontested Best of the Best! - I'll still purchase from you next time even if the above desire doesn't come to fruition.
