Took my deposit and a month later canceled deal I went into this dealership in early Dec 2019. Dealt with Juan and sales manager Guillermo Alarcon. Took my deposits On Jan 8 signed papers, was given I went into this dealership in early Dec 2019. Dealt with Juan and sales manager Guillermo Alarcon. Took my deposits On Jan 8 signed papers, was given an envelope that had my registration in it but by arrangement was not ready to take delivery until dec 30. When I called salesman to advise I would be running a day or two late (I was out of country) he informed me car was still on shop and not ready for delivery and they were supposedly working with Volvo technicians to install an option I had been promised. After a week and multiple e mails Guillermo Alarcon said they couldn’t get the parts in time to deliver the vehicle and was canceling the order. I called his bluff and said I would take the car without the option but no reply, I spoke to Comptroller as I had requested they notify the credit bureaus to remove the hard inquiry in my report since they canceled the deal (I have excellent credit but every inquiry reduces your score and stays on your report for 2 years) she promised me she would others involved and get back to by end for day on Jan 9- I never heard from them.
