Things they got wrong. Five days after buying a new car I had to spend a couple of hours taking it back for a software upgrade (apparently not available 5 days earlier), whi Five days after buying a new car I had to spend a couple of hours taking it back for a software upgrade (apparently not available 5 days earlier), while there the salesperson gave me the trunk key that was missed when I took delivery, and when I got home I discovered a single edged razor blade in the back seat where it would have either cut the seat or the person if someone had gotten in. My dog was in the back seat several times. Don't know how he missed the razor blade! All in all, not the best first impression. More
