Let me start by saying that I have personally bought 3 cars from Kevin McGill and I have sent him over 10 people that have bought as well...all of which are extremely pleased with their experience. I wou cars from Kevin McGill and I have sent him over 10 people that have bought as well...all of which are extremely pleased with their experience. I wouldn't trust anyone else other than Kevin for my car buying. He is very honest and won't talk over your head. Whatever the poster before me didn't like about Kevin or the dealership, I can probably guarantee that it was the customers fault and/or misunderstanding. I work for Disney and am in the customer service department for Disney's reservation center. One thing I know, is when people are sincere...Kevin is a sincere person that is always looking out for Universal's customers. I can't say enough good things about him or the dealership. If Kevin was to ever leave, my wife and I would purchase wherever he goes. More

I searched multiple Hyundai dealerships in the Orlando area for the exact car I wanted. From the first contact John Booth was up front, honest and he listened to me. He found the exact car I wanted and area for the exact car I wanted. From the first contact John Booth was up front, honest and he listened to me. He found the exact car I wanted and worked with me on price. He knew the vehicle inside and out and was able to answer all my questions. He was always respectful and NEVER talked down to me. Guillermo was the finance person that I worked with (I already had financing with my credit union). He went over everything in detail, answered all my questions and encouraged me to question everything. He took his time without wasting mine - which I really appreciate. After all the paper work was signed John gave me a through tour of the service department, explaining all that I needed to know about bringing in my car for service. John then took the time to sit in my car and sync my phone, program my XM and FM stations on the radio, and just make sure I knew all the little details - like the lights and windshield wipers, etc. It was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend that anyone in the market for a Hyundai go to John. I called ahead to Universal Hyundai to see if they had any Tuscons on the lot. I spoke with John Booth who told me they did and he was waiting for me when I got there. I was so excited when I saw they had any Tuscons on the lot. I spoke with John Booth who told me they did and he was waiting for me when I got there. I was so excited when I saw they had a 2010 Tuscon that was in perfect condition with low mileage. It was more in my price range than a brand new one and John wasn't pushy about getting me in a 2012. He was so easy to work with. They offered a very fair price after a short negotiation I was sold. Guillermo did all the paperwork with us and was so patient explaining everything to me even though we were there until well after midnight. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. The whole overall experience was great and I couldn't be happier with my new used car! I recommend this dealership to anyone! More
