The saleperson Carlos Im not an impulsive buyer and I went to a few other dealerships. I went in to Universal Hyundai and was greeted a with a smile. The saleperson Carlos Vega was full of information and he went the extra mile to show me reviews on other cars from various websites. He backed up his words with proof. He was not pushy. It is a fast paced very busy environment and my family and I felt welcomed and not rushed to purchase a vehicle. Jose Cepeda did a fabulous job consulting my parents and making them feel comfortable. Guillermo from finance finalized all the papers in a smooth transaction answering all of our questions. I will recommend others to visit this location. James did a fantastic job finding the right vehicle for my son. Also, the fact that they have a bilingual staff is a plus. It was worth the drive from Tampa:) More

Dealership experience I was recently in the market for a new car and searched several dealers before going to Universal Hyundai. Our sales person was Ernie Plaza and thanks I was recently in the market for a new car and searched several dealers before going to Universal Hyundai. Our sales person was Ernie Plaza and thanks to him I am driving a brand new Elantra. He is a very genuine and very modest young man. He listened to my needs and was very patient throughout the process. Through my years of car buying experiences this was one was the best and the smoothest. I would definitely advise everyone to visit this dealership and recommend Ernie Plaza as their salesperson. My husband and I WILL be returning to him in the future! Thank you Hyundai for making this experience possible! More
