Dealership name has changed and they opened a brand new sales center and service department which is very nice. Glad that my service advisor Guillermo is still here because he is one of the few advisors th sales center and service department which is very nice. Glad that my service advisor Guillermo is still here because he is one of the few advisors that has always conducted himself professionally. A lot of the service advisors from the previous iteration of the company are no longer there and with one exception, this is a very good thing. I see a more customer oriented approach and professional conduct, which had been lacking previously ( except for Guillermo and Nicole who always represented the organization in the best way). I have been a loyal customer since 2003, and have purchased all five of my Hondas at this dealership and continue to service the three that I still have here even though it’s not the most convenient location for me, as there are at least three different Honda dealerships that are closer to my home. I believe it’s important to build a relationship with customers and continue to foster its growth to ensure longevity. Anyone can make a one time purchase at a dealership but the real success is in the ongoing utilization of the service department. This is where you need professional and knowledgeable service advisors- which Guillermo has always been- And experienced mechanics- this was lacking prior to this new business model. More
