Amazingly professional best car experience I've had. return calls to keep you up to date on your purchase process . my sales guy Gurnak sent me a personal 360" video of the vehicle i was interested in g return calls to keep you up to date on your purchase process . my sales guy Gurnak sent me a personal 360" video of the vehicle i was interested in giving details of the vehicle they gave me the feeling that they wanted my business and to accommodate me the best they could. they are up to date with there purchasing procedure and they take out of town co signer unlike some dealers. they even sent a lift to pic me up. the whole staff was friendly i love my new vehicle. they straight up. no switch and bate . i highly recommend Baker Nissan. they gave celebratly treatment lol. they put the other dealers i was inquiring with to shame. they gained a lifetime customer . I wanna say thanks to everyone who made my purchase possible and smooth . it was enough getting in a horrible accident getting injured and totaling my vehicle. and thanks to GOD he made it all possible. Kasey with a K insisted that I do a review right in front of him. I did, but I deleted that one and made a new one. This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was looking for a white Rogue SV of him. I did, but I deleted that one and made a new one. This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was looking for a white Rogue SV with FWD. He said all that was available was AWD. He showed me a gray one and said that he would get the price right for me if I would take the gray. I told him I wanted the upgraded mirror that has the garage door opener. He said it was not available on the SV model. My daughter was with me to buy a car as well. Turns out her SV has it on hers. When I got home, after my purchase, I looked on the website and saw that there was a gray one available with the upgraded mirror. There was also a white one with FWD. The whole time he had an attitude. And don’t even get me started on what he was wearing with his xxxxxxx showing. After my daughter and I purchased our cars we got in and drove off. He never showed us anything about the cars, never told us about the four free oil changes, nothing. I still don’t understand why he was asking about financing, our place of employment, what our salary was, etc. This is financings job and none of his business. Gus in financing was super nice. Tip-when you know your customer is on their way, get the cars brought around to the front and have the air conditioning running when it’s 95° outside. I addressed these issues with Shawn, the general manager, he asked me what he could do to make it right. He was helpful, but at the same time it’s hard to believe that Kasey has been there for years and his unprofessional wardrobe has not been addressed. I do know that another couple did address it about the same day I was there. I took my car back for window tint, and the service department was outstanding. Shout out to Najee and Aimee. It’s because of them that I will return. More

Kasey With a K was not the greatest experience. He was very brash and somewhat pushy. He eventually did get me the deal I wanted, but he also took my phone to start the financing process and didn't He was very brash and somewhat pushy. However, Gus in financing and the manager Sean were very helpful. All the folks in the service department are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Just be careful about which salesperson you work with. More
