My experience here was nothing short of ideal. We walked in and were welcomed by our salesman (Sammy). He did not come toward us like a shark as car salesman usually do. We were never pressured on the sale, as it felt more like he was just trying to find a better angle on how to help us solve a complex math problem. He was extremely helpful and a great strategist toward getting the best deal. From start to finish the whole process was only about 2.5 Hours. That included 2 test drives and doing all of the paperwork in finance. You can tell that baker Nissan is a Family Dealership, because they do treat you better. I walked away with paying $8k-9k less than msrp for our vehicle. Not because I fought for that deal, but because they just came out of the gate with those dealer incentives willingly. No smoke and mirrors, so slimy salesman. They didn’t play around with my time or my money, and as a Baker Nissan courtesy—the first 2 years of maintenance for my vehicle at no extra cost. THAT is impeccable service! I will definitely buy from them again. More
