Upon arriving I was very impressed with the facility and its location. The staff immediately greeted me while being directed to Mr. Gustavo’s work space. Mr. Gustavo was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles operation and worked diligently to complete my purchase negotiation. I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and yet never before felt family warmth the Ocala BMW group has extended to me.
