Chris Paranzino I walked into White Plains Honda expecting nothing, due to my low credit score. Three days later, I drove my brand new 2017 Honda Accord SE off the lo I walked into White Plains Honda expecting nothing, due to my low credit score. Three days later, I drove my brand new 2017 Honda Accord SE off the lot. I can't find the words to express my appreciation to Mr. Paranzino for overseeing my process. To Wilby Pena, for gathering all the paperwork it took to get me ready. To Gustavo Rengifo for diligently administrating my financials, and to Francisco Salazar for doing the grunt work behind the sale of my car. Their professionalism, positive attitude and earnest effort to prepare for me what I needed, whilst catering to what I wanted made this project seamless; entertaining even. Passionate employees helped me find an amazing car I just leased my second car with White Plains Honda and had another amazing experience. I needed more miles on my lease due to my job and Donna Ann L I just leased my second car with White Plains Honda and had another amazing experience. I needed more miles on my lease due to my job and Donna Ann Lozinsky helped mo get out of my old lease and into a new car. She was patient, imformative, and a pleasure to work with. Chris Walls, the sales manager, greeted me with a huge smile and was able to put the final touches to ensure I was getting the best deal possible. When I arrived at White Plains Honda I was greeted by Albert, whom I had an amazing experience with leasing my first Honda. He recognized me right away, even though it had been over 2 years since I leased the car. He was genuinely happy for my new purchase and joined as Yesenia was super helpful in explaining all the amazing new features in my new car. Also, Gustavo at the finance department ensured that the paperwork process was seemless and easy. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I got an amazing car and feel like the employees of White Plains Honda take great passion and pride in their work and establishing genuine connections with their customers. More
