This is the second vehicle I bought at this dealership - see 10/04/2008. Everything I said previously continues to be true. I contacted Walter Trusdell the Internet manager directly via email. Told Walter that I was looking for a CR-V and asked for his NO HAGGLE PRICE. Boom! Within minutes Walter emailed me back with four models/trims and prices all in my color! Then asked about accessories and Walter got back to me in minutes with prices! Told Walter I would meet him the next day. I got to dealership early so I could look around. So my wife and I are looking at the CR-Vs and thats how we met Taina (who we later found out Walter had selected to be our sales person to complete the purchase!) Taina was down on her knees, on the wet pavement, working on the finishing touches on a CR-V for a customer pickup. We just started talking and her wonderful personality and her excitement and love for her job were contagious!!! One thing led to another and before you knew it we 'bonded'. When Walter arrived that is when we found out he had planned to pair us together - Walter you are now 2 for 2, you really know your customers! We continued our purchase, ordered our accessories, and left quite happ. That Tuesday I returned to pick up my car and complete the purchase. I also had to meet with 'the dreaded finance department' ! NO DREAD HERE! Gus was our finance guy who crunched the numbers, did not push options on us, and got us out the door! I can honestly say that Taina and Walter make a great team that will NOT let you down. I love the new CR-V! More
