Donna has been at White Plains Honda for more than 12 years and knows her stuff! She is very knowledgeable about all of the cars and great at finding out what would work best for you. And if efficiency and timeliness are important to you-than Donna is definitely the Salesperson to see. Donna is very prompt and had all the paperwork ready for us when we walked in the door. I have never been in and out of a dealership any quicker and we leased two cars at the same time! We are going back in a couple of months when our daughter's lease is up even though we leased it from somewhere else. Gus (the finance manager) has also been there for a long time and is just as efficient and does his best to get the best deal for you and your situation. With both of them working for you, you would be hard pressed to be able to get a better deal while having a pleasurable experience at the same time! More

After calling around and visiting a few dealers, I bought my second certified pre-owned CR-V from White Plains Honda. Salesperson Brian Vasquez. was really good to work with. Very nice guy, low key and not pushy in the least. He was straightforward with what the dealership could and could not do, and I felt comfortable with him after a short while. Was glad I was sent to him when I came in. Kaity in the internet sales department was the reason I came in in the first place, after she quickly ran down the available CR-Vs for me over the phone, and took pictures of Carfax reports and texted me them from her personal phone (for the recent cars they got in that did not have a Carfax listed on the website). She was very pleasant. Jerzy, manager, was fine to work with, as well. Sturdy on the price, but that's his job, and he didn't do it in an unpleasant way. Feel I got a good deal. If you go in, ask for Brian. More

I FEEL CHEATED AND FRUSTRATED PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP............. I bought new Pilot 2016 2 days ago onJuly 29th 2016, ever since then, i m sitting at the dealership for hours. Starting from car buying experience, which was ok but after that, everything went wrong. I can write 3 pages on bad experience for each day. All Honda lovers please avoid to go to this dealership. If u make the mistake and still buy the car from them,i beg u not to install any accessories, coz i guarantee that you will ripped off. Even if u ignore this and still install an accessory, please, please, please double check the product, again i guaratee it will be expensive from any other dealer and not what u wanted or asked for. Finally if u do all the above mistakes, please dont get your car serviced over there. Ignoring all the bad things that happened with the car buying process and the contract of financing, i'll share the experience with the readers of July 31st 2016. I purchased running boards from them, which was suppose to be illuminated. It was not only the wrong one but, i was charged $400 over. Still i went to the dealership to request the change and still pay the difference. Here's the response after finding out that i was right, from the Manager. The manager wanted me to $500 for the replacement, because their service department is Union and the delaership cannot do anything bout it. I want to write more, but hopefully the messaqge is clear..........................DONT GO TO THIS PLACE AND GET FRUSTRATED. Thanks. Aisha/ Rohan. More

Great Sales Staff Under Ali and sad to hear Ali's Departure! Updated Review on 11/22/2014 I visited White Plains Honda today again to purchase a new car (CR-V) for my wife and to have the assessment done on my Updated Review on 11/22/2014 I visited White Plains Honda today again to purchase a new car (CR-V) for my wife and to have the assessment done on my old car (Honda Civic) for trade-in value. I was pleased to see the friendly faces (i.e. Alex, Atif, Alexander, and Jonathan) but Ali, the general manager, was not there. I was told Ali is no longer with White Plains Honda. I was very disappointed to hear the loss (big one if I may add) as I understood how important it is to have a solid top management and its impact on the whole organization. Apparently, there is a new general manager "guy" ( I don't know his name as he never introduced himself while inspecting my car for trade-in and I thought to myself, "this guy is very rude and unprofessional. Ali would've NEVER done that. Only thing he uttered to me was, "title?" I think he meant if my car was owned without liens.. He couldn't even talk to me with a complete sentence. Mr. Alexander had to elaborate on what this guy supposedly meant..). The trade-in value was not unreasonable considering from the dealers. But, based on my unpleasant experience with the general manager "guy" and his lack of social skills, I would not visit the dealer again as long as he is at the "helm" of the dealership with much regret. Four stars are for Alex, Atif, Keith, and Jonathan. They're fantastic and invaluable asset to the White Plains Honda organization... Initial Review on 10/19/2014 I recently purchased a Honda Odyssey EX (2015) from White Plains Honda. From the 1st day visit to the pick-up date, it took just 6 days, which is phenomenal considering the car of my choice (i.e. color and trim) had to be brought over from its sister dealer with additional customization thereafter. This is my 2nd time purchasing the car from them and the experience has been very positive once again with its sales team (different folks but it goes to show you something about its management team and its foresight for hiring the best). On a first day, I was greeted with a big "hello" by Mr. Jonathan R who is young, energetic, and receptive. My wife and I went in with 3 different quotes from truecar.com and we were not quite ready to buy the car on a 1st day although Jonathan was willing to work with us on a price and additional request for more features. Ali who is a general manager was cordial and professional. We test drove the car, obtained the typical info about the car, and called it a day. On the 2nd day, we visited again with the full intention of putting down a deposit to get the car. Mr. Jonathan R. was not there but Mr. Atif S. approached me with a "big & genuine" smile. We sat down, and again, we agreed to a price. My philosophy is that buying a car is a business and although as a customer, I would like to get the best price possible, I realize that I want the business to make money as well. All in all, I want to find that happy medium/price for both of us (between myself as a customer and business). Atif was wonderful and knowledgeable about the car. He was willing to go out of his way to make the deal happen. He drove me to different lots to show me the "actual" car I would be interested... We did not find the one I was looking for but Atif located a car at its sister dealer. We signed the contract and deposited the money on the same day. Alex, who was a manager on that day, was equally pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely come back AGAIN to purchase a car just because of Atif, Alex, and Jonathan. On the pick-up day, we finished all the paper work after inspecting the car, which we loved !! Gustavo & Felix in finance worked with us finalizing the contract & Insurance/registration. I also appreciated the honesty in refunding the DMV registration difference as well. Overall, my experience with White Plains Honda, has been fantastic from the beginning to the day I picked up the car... I would recommend them with no hesitation. More
