As a Service Excellence Consultant and Management Consultant for one of the toughest services industries around; healthcare, I am well-qualified to evaluate customer service delivery, and Ms. Mae Sol Consultant for one of the toughest services industries around; healthcare, I am well-qualified to evaluate customer service delivery, and Ms. Mae Soleiman, at White Plains Honda is the kind of Sales Consultant you not only want to buy or lease your FIRST vehicle from, but every car thereafter and keep her on speed dial to refer to friends and families. I am a loyal Honda customer and recently entered into my 4th lease agreement with Honda, but this was my first visit to White Plains Honda and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The facility is clean, the customer service is attentive and friendly, including getting a visit from General Manager, Nelson, and the staff seems genuinely concerned about ensuring that the customer gets into the vehicle of their choosing, "not" of the dealership's choosing! My first telephone contact with Ms. Soleiman was informative, she was friendly, knowlegable and respectful. She made an appointment with me working around my schedule and called to confirm. When I got to the dealership, Ms. Soleiman was professional, accomodating and kind, but perhaps most impressive were her listening skills and her ability to anticipate the customer's needs by using her intuition and soft sell skills (the old "hard sell" doesn't work on all customers, and she knows how to adjust her approach based on the customer's needs). Although, I've been through this car "wheeling and dealing" process several times in the past; my experience with Ms. Soleiman took the anxiety factor out of having to be put through that kind of a process. I knew the car I wanted, she listened, and while I ended up getting a different Honda model, I did so because she was able to instill a level of trust in me that enabled me to take a bold step and try a new addition to the Honda fleet--the CR-Z. I've been loyal to the Civic for many years, but I am excited about my new car and feel confident that I will get the support I need from Ms. Soleiman and her team at White Plains Honda. I had an opportunity to work with Lisa, Tiffany and Gus, and all shared the overall mindset of doing their best to please the customer. I commend White Plains Honda for their attention to detail, their teamwork and whoever made the decision to hire Mae Soleiman, I tip my hat to them; she is truly an asset to the Honda family and I expect that you will hear more of these positive customer comments! This was the first time i decided to lease a car, and White plains Honda made it a very non-stressful and pleasent experience. Kieth and the rest of the Staff are great.Price couldve been a little better White plains Honda made it a very non-stressful and pleasent experience. Kieth and the rest of the Staff are great.Price couldve been a little better or atleast beat the competition but than again a Honda Accord 2011 V6 hfp package is a whole lot of car. We have been leasing and/or buying Honda's from White Plains Honda since 1997. Our experience back then...from actually leasing and buying out the car....to maintenance...notifications of recalls...and o Plains Honda since 1997. Our experience back then...from actually leasing and buying out the car....to maintenance...notifications of recalls...and on time customer service in the shop...the entire team has always treated us well. We recently needed to lease a new car because our 2003 Honda Civic was totaled in a very bad accident. Donna Lozinsky took care of us, walked us through the experience and had us in our 2011 Honda Civic LX-S in under 20 hours. The explanations of the features were great, dealing with the finance manager was a joy, and we were treated just as well as if we were buying 10 $40,000 models instead of leasing one car. The saddest part of the whole thing was after I kissed Donna on the cheek, she said she realized it would be a while before we would need to come back to the showroom for another reason. I wish other retailers that sell consumable items rather than durable items understood that this is a huge component to all of the sales cycle. If someone asked me where to get a car, White Plains Honda would be my choice for sure. On top of that, I would send them straight to Donna because she is a seasoned professional and made it a joy. If there was a way to incentivize the salespeople on how much future business they got from referrals and also offer a coupon perhaps to the referee for a simple premium product logo'd item...it would go very far to secure brand awareness and customer loyalty to the salesperson. The overall hospitality of the staff was very warm and accommodating. The salesman James was very helpful in getting the desired car in perfect condition, when I offered a substantial tip for his hospita accommodating. The salesman James was very helpful in getting the desired car in perfect condition, when I offered a substantial tip for his hospitality he graciously refused and told me it was a pleasure to him that I leave satisfied. I negotiated with James regarding the price of the vehicle, he went to Gustavo and came back with a very satisfactory offer. On the day the vehicle was ready James met me at my home which was at least 10 miles away and brought me to Honda White Plains. When he had the car in the yard and the paper work was being finalized, I was surprised to James in his coat and tie take the time to clean and add the final touches to the vehicle, again I offered him some gratuity and again he gracefully refused. Finally Brandi came to deliver the vehicle and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the features, I was again surprised to see a lady in office attire explain the technology of the vehicle to me and without any prompting she asked me if I would fill out this survey and give an honest feeling about the service I received, she shook my hand and thanked me in a very professional manner, like everyone else I interacted with at Honda White Plains. It was a pleasure working with you guys. I have driven about 40 miles in the car and I am very pleased with the purchase. I will certainly recommend Honda White Plains to anyone looking to buy a car. From the minute I walked into I felt the vibe was great. I was approached by the a very friendly sales person, Dana, who basically sold me the car I was looking for. Overall my experience with the White Plains Honda was excellent. When I came back to meet with the finance manager, Gustavo, he had already a couple of options for me. He worked the best deal for me and I was happy. Eliza, the delivery coordinator made sure that I understood every aspect of the car. From unlocking the doors, all inside and locking the doors. Good Job everyone! More

I had no issue with the people and the car itself is fabulous. The problem we had was with the Lease price and my credit rating. I keep an eye on my credit via Transunion, Experian, and Equifax and my fabulous. The problem we had was with the Lease price and my credit rating. I keep an eye on my credit via Transunion, Experian, and Equifax and my latest credit rating was 750, so when told that my agreed on price would be based on my credit rating, I didn't think anything of it. When honda made up their own credit rating for me, it was on 691, which jacked up my monthly payments by 34 dollars. For 36 months, that adds up. Lisa agreed to bring it down by $15 but still, I don't appreciate Honda's assessment of my credit rating nor the idea that what we agreed upon price-wise changed because of Honda's assessment. More

This was the first time I bought/leased a new car, and I found it to be a positive experience, where I am happy with the end result, which is a beautiful 2010 Honda Accord. When I first went to the White Plains Honda dealership, I went with 2 of my sisters and we were warmly greeted by the Sales Consultant, David Nausch. He was very professional and knowledgable about the different models, and gave us the bottom line pricing. When I came back to sign the contract and discussed financing with Gus, all the terms that I had expected were agreed upon. So, overall, it was a great experience. I am happy to be driving a Honda Accord, as it is known for its reliability and can comfortably seat 5 people. More

I shopped around for about a month before making my final decision on what car I wanted and where I wanted to buy it from. It can be very intimidating shopping for a new car especially when you don't have mu decision on what car I wanted and where I wanted to buy it from. It can be very intimidating shopping for a new car especially when you don't have much time. I leased my Honda Civic SI 2 years ago from White Plains Honda and they were very respectful of my decision making process and of the amount of time that I had to get the ball rolling. I recently visited White Plains Honda to see what my options were for exchanging my vehicle for a new Pilot and I was delighted to see the SAME 3 GENTLEMEN who assisted me with my transaction previously. This made me feel comfortable and at ease. I told Javier that I was not ready to make a decision on a new car because there were so many new Hondas to choose from. Javier took the time to explain some great features on the new Pilot and took me out on a drive too. Never did he pressure me nor make me feel uncomfortable about not purchasing a car that day. On my way out the Sales Manager Paul Vilca sincerely thanked me for coming back to the dealership and even remembered the car that I leased from White Plains Honda 2 years ago. White Plains Honda will be my only stop when the time is right and it should be your only stop too. Not only is the staff great there, the showroom looked better than the car show!!! See you guys in a few months. More
