The 5 stars is for the service manager. I left my truck there for service and they didn’t fix it properly and the tech actually broke something else. The service advisor would not respond to me or correct there for service and they didn’t fix it properly and the tech actually broke something else. The service advisor would not respond to me or correct the issue. It took the service manager getting involved to get my issue taken care of. But in the end he had it repaired and handled correctly. So I’m giving a 5 star rating for the fact they actually took responsibility and did what needed to be done. Hopefully next time the advisor won’t need a manager to directly intervene. I will be returning to this dealer for future service needs. More
