I found my car on-line at CarSmart and went to the dealership the next morning to drive it. I was greeted by Lew Meriweather who made me and my daughter feel very welcome and at ease during the whole experience. Andrew made financing easy and Gus even came to speak with me about some questions I had. I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in two hours. I will definitely be back for my next car. More

After all the paperwork and receiving a below value trade in, $2000 low, I was given one key and asked to sign several as is disclaimers. Upon returning home with my truck I discovered some body work that was not easily visible on a wet truck. I immediately took pictures and sent them to the sales rep. He said they would make it right. I had the truck inspected and substantial damage had been covered up by dentless repair. Further discovery shows that Carsmart bought this at an auction damaged. Nothing was disclosed regarding this and the dealer has gone silent on fixing the damage. More
